Mr. LOU Shuyu, went to France in 1979 for the study of construction. He had worked in China Construction Science Academy, and involved in the management of Sino-France Building Materials Workgroup in France Public Works Ministry. Mr. LOU established EUCIMAT in France in 1993, and then set up the representative office of EUCIMAT in China in 1994, which is dealing with the representative business of PROMOSALONS in China, and in charge of the promotion in China of 60 trade shows held in France, as well as assisting French exhibition companies to found and organize exhibitions in China.
