Richard Loi is Senior Vice President of Greater China District of UPS Asia Pacific. Based in Shanghai, Loi has overall responsibility for UPS operations and strategic business planning in the fast-growing district covering China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Prior to his present position, Loi was Managing Director of UPS Hong Kong and Macau, responsible for the overall management of the company, including marketing, business development, customs brokerage, finance & accounting, as well as day-to-day operations.

Prior to Hong Kong, Loi served as the Managing Director for UPS China. Based in Beijing, he was responsible for all UPS operations in China including business development, marketing, finance, information service, customs brokerage and delivery information. Loi joined UPS in 1991 and was responsible for the company's entire operation in the Singapore market. Loi has more than 18 years' experience in the air express industry.
